We do not sell, share or otherwise disseminate any of our customer information.
We will confirm via email receipt of your order and also confirm via email when your order ships. You will be provided with appropriate UPS tracking numbers.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept school Purchase Orders via FAX or mail.
Items shipped to a California address will be subject to Sales Tax of 7.25%.
In addition to the standard DiscountBinoculars.com 30-Day warranty, most optical products are covered by a manufacturer warranty which is specified for each product. All binoculars and spotting scopes are shipped with a USA warranty statement from the manufacturer.
DiscountBinoculars.com ships only to locations within the United States.
There is a per order shipping charge for UPS shipping.
UPS Ground Service generally takes 2-5 business days after leaving our location in Northern California. Please see the UPS Pop-Up Map as you checkout!
UPS 2-Day Air and UPS 3-Day select options are also available when you complete your order. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must ship by UPS 2-Day Air, and extra charges will apply.
Some heavy or large items may have additional Shipping charges, which will be clearly outlined as you order.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase from DiscountBinoculars.com. If you are not satisfied, please return it to us in new condition with original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss other options for exchange. Please return items with adequate packaging, with prepaid shipping and insurance.
We may charge, at our discretion, a Restocking Fee of up to 15% of the original purchase price if any returned item has been used or lacks original parts, packaging, warranties or instruction manuals.
